Complete a one-way video interview using the Spark Hire.
We are conducting 1-way video interviews through an app called Spark Hire. Simply download the app on your phone or use the app on your desktop to read the questions and record your response. Keep in mind, this video recording is in place of an in-person interview, so please dress appropriately. We also suggest recording in a quiet place with good lighting and a neutral background.
- Best phone practices:
- If you’re doing the interview from a mobile device, you can download Spark Hire’s mobile app for iOS and Android devices
- Best desktop practices:
- If you’re doing the interview from a desktop/laptop computer, you’ll need webcam and microphone capabilities along with the Google Chrome Web Browser

- Describe how you meet each of our requirements for this position.
Once we have received a completed video interview from you, we will call you for a brief phone interview. If you are unable to get the Spark Hire video interview done ahead of time, that’s okay! Expect a call from us and we can help you through the process.
During your phone interview, we will go over the position you applied for, your work history, and other positions we think you might be qualified for.
