2021 Benefits and Compensation Survey (Open 10/4 – 11/26)

We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Council of Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey is now available for completion. Your participation provides important insight for the Council of Industry, your company, as well as your peers.

The survey is co-sponsored by Rose & Kiernan and The Council of Industry.

How does it benefit me?

After you complete the survey, you will have access to the survey results to see how your responses compare to others. These results will be available in web-based, printable, and infographic formats for easy interpretation of data.

Why should I participate?

Your responses will help you directly by providing an idea of what your position pays throughout the Hudson Valley. The survey will also give us a baseline of compensation and benefits in the Hudson Valley for roles similar to yours.

How does it work?

Access to the survey is password protected and responses will be anonymized based on Safe Harbor methods. Once you receive your invitation email from Sensible Surveys (if you did not receive one already contact Kelsey Anderson) you will be able to create a username and password, then log in to take your survey. Everyone will have a few weeks to submit their responses.

We continue to work with the team at Sensible Surveys to conduct the survey. If you have any questions as you proceed through the survey, they will be available during normal business hours to answer your questions.
