If you are an Ethan Allen Staffing Employee, you must let us know if your contact information has changed. We will be mailing out W-2’s by January 31st, and would like to make sure we have the correct name and address for you on file, before we send mail them out.
Temporary and Contract employees may download, complete and return our Employee Change Form, located on our Candidate Resource page, to update your contact information.
These forms must be submitted in office by January 17th, 2014.
