Don’t forget that we will be closed on Monday, May 29th for Memorial Day. Because of this, PAYROLL WILL BE DELAYED BY ONE DAY!
Timecards should be dropped off or mailed in no later than 5:30pm on Tuesday. Paychecks may be picked up on Thursday, 6/1 & mailed paychecks will be sent on Wednesday, 5/31.
If you are eligible for Holiday Pay, you will be paid on June 14th, the payroll date following the payroll period the holidays falls in.
Please read the Holiday Pay Eligibility Requirements below to see if you are qualify for Holiday Pay. The are also posted in either office location. Please contact your Staffing Coordinator with any questions.
In order to qualify for Holiday Pay you must:
- Be scheduled to work on the day that is designated as the holiday.
- Have worked at least 2000 continuous hours without any “interruption”. An “interruption” is defined as a continuous period of absence from work of at least 90 days for any reason. A 90 day interruption of work resets time accumulated for Holidays and Health Benefits.
- Work the days you are scheduled to work that fall immediately before and immediately after the designated holiday. The “designated holiday” is defined as the workday designated by Ethan Allen as the holiday for purposes of Holiday Pay.
Holiday Pay equals the number of hours that you are normally scheduled to work on the designated holiday (up to 8 hours), times your base hourly rate of pay.
