For this month’s seminar, we will be holding an informative session to learn more about the mandatory New York Paid Family Leave Act and your responsibilities as an employer. According to NY State Government’s website, “New York’s Paid Family Leave program provides wage replacement to employees to help them bond with a child, care for a close relative with a serious health condition, or help relieve family pressures when someone is called to active military service.”
We encourage you to come with questions as this topic has many moving parts and is designed to phase in over the next four years.
